| 説明 | A small patch of step farming on the drive to Phangrei hill from Ukhrul in Manipur, NE India. That is apparently someone’s remote vegetable patch deep in the valley and is quite a way out of town. I was lucky to bag the front seat in the Mahindra Jeep we are in- members of my host family are packed like sardines in the back and for some reason were feeling delicate to send someone from the rear to sit with me here in the front. Oh well- frankly I would''nt have minded at all, really. We will talk about Phangrei hill in a short while, when we get to it. (see subsequent pictures later in this album).
