| 説明 | MassKara Festival is taken from the words ‘mass’ which means crowd, and ‘kara’ which means face.It was conceived with the intention to creatively organize a street dance parade with participants wearing elaborate smiling masks to hide the tears and sorrows brought about by several crisis that hit Negros Province in the 1980’s. From then on, Bacolod was known as the City of Smiles. |
