The first, in 1317, the second by Cardinal de Via, which corresponds to the building erected on the slope of the rock.The damaged Palace was restored by Cardinal Alain de Coëtivy from 1457. His successor, Julien de la Rovère, later Pope Julius II, gave it its current appearance.Today converted into a museum, the Petit Palais exhibits the illustrious Campana collection. |
