| 説明 | I am still in the Peace Memorial Park in Hiroshima, in the site of the US atom bomb attack on the city during WW-II but am on my way out of the park, having covered it in some detail. (see previous pictures earlier in this album). On a happier note, very closed to the bombed out Genbaku Dome standing as a silent sentinel is this tray full of fresh oranges in a cafe and juice bar in the park. It was pretty hot and an ice cold glass of fresh orange juice would have been welcome, but I had places to go before catching my train back to Osaka in the pm. At any rate after having watched all that moving and poignant images of the tragedy, my stomach was in no mood for any refreshment- or nourishment. I decided to simply move on.
