| 説明 | “I’m tired!” says Padi-rii, who learned how to make bamboo sticky rice from her mother. I she says she’s too old to get another job. First she soaks the rice for about 3 hours. Then she shaves coconuts out and squeezes the coconut milk from the flesh. She’ll mix that together with sugar and a bit of salt then add it to the rice. The mixture gets pressed into the ends of a bamboo shoot and cooked over a fire until ready. “When you get back to your country and aren’t sure how what to do, call me and I’ll help you.” |
