| 説明 | Today at the Third Extraordinary UPU Congress, member countries agreed by unanimous acclamation to adopt a comprehensive set of reforms based on a U.S. proposal. The agreement will transform an antiquated, discriminatory system into a modern and resilient one far more prepared to meet the new demands of e-commerce and the increasing challenges of preventing counterfeit goods and drugs such as fentanyl from moving through the international mail system.
