| 説明 | Villa 31 is a slum located in the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, in Recoleta and Retiro neighborhoods. The settlement arose in 1932 with the name of "Villa Unemployment" and from there several attempts of eradication by the authorities followed, although they never managed to eliminate.La Villa 31 es una villa miseria ubicada en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, Argentina, en los barrios de Recoleta y Retiro.
