Vintage and antique seem to be the in thing in fashion in Japan these days- note the Ginza Grandpa Eyeglass store at the left, My guide on ViaHera had in fact recommended Solakzade, another eyeglass store elsewhere, in Harajaku with vintage eyeglass styles. These stores are actually pretty expensive. But the eyeglass fan in me meant that I did pick up a pair of vintage eyeglass frames, a couple of days later in the Japanese town of Nara.
