| 説明 | Tuesday the 18th of June. My first full day, and a walk from Tal-y-Bont (Between Barmouth and Harlech) up the Afon Ysgethin to the mid 18th century bridge, Pont Scethin. Back via the track to Cors-y-Gedol, then via the ruined cromlech, back down the Ysgethin gorge.Time has not done this Cromlech / Dolmen any favours. The capstone is there, but only one of the three supporting stones are in position.Down at almost sea-level, in the village of Dyffryn Ardudwy, are two more cromlechs in better condition.I'm not sure of the age. Probably around 2500 to 3000 years old. |
