| 説明 | A rocket painted to look like Saturn V is adorned with a sticker and Congressman Alan Lowenthal's name as members of the STARBASE Los Alamitos Team America Rocketry Challenge (TARC) youth rocketry team assemble four new rockets, May 1, 2019, at Joint Forces Training Base, Los Alamitos, California, in preparation for the TARC National Finals Fly-Off. During the qualifying round, the STARBASE Los Alamitos team scored among the top 100 teams nationwide and received an invitation to the competition finals on the east coast in mid-May. Lowenthal is a longtime supporter of the program. STARBASE Los Alamitos is one of two Department of Defense STARBASE science, technology, engineering and math-based programs facilitated by the California Military Department.
