| 説明 | HUMPHREYS GARRISON – Colonel Joseph A. Bassani Jr., outgoing commander of the 2nd Combat Aviation Brigade, handed the reins of one of the Army’s elite aviation brigades to incoming commander, Col. James T. Barker, during a change of command ceremony, here, June 29. The ceremony began with an awards presentation, where Bassani received numerous awards from both U.S. and Republic of Korea military leaders. He then gave a short speech, thanking everyone for their support during his time here in Korea.The change of command ceremony then took place at “Tiger” ramp, where Maj. Gen. Michael S.
