| 説明 | Before the rising firsties and cows can lead the yearling class through Cadet Field Training this summer, they must first complete a two-week block of training to prepare them for their leadership roles. To start, the cadets revisited the water confidence course they endured when first encountering CFT. They negotiated the Slide for Life, climbing a 75 foot tower then riding down a steel cable on a trolley for 150 feet before dropping into the water. The cadets also traversed an 80 foot beam suspended 25 feet above water. The cadets also undertook training in blocks of instruction including Introduction to Patrolling, Land Navigation, Urban Operations and a Leadership Academy, where they learned the fundamentals of being noncommissioned officers in the Corps of Cadets.
