We got the Kuih Ubi Lipat (folded tapioca cake) and Kuih Koci.The grated tapioca and coconut milk fuses upon cooking into a firm starchy pillow with streaks of grated coconut for a bit of textural interest. Simple and nice.The kuih koci is a chewy cake made with sticky rice flour (glutinous rice flour) and filled with grated coconut sweetened with palm sugar.
