| 説明 | The extremely rare Telephone Kiosk K4 (LBSG TK31) sited at Sand-Le-Mere Caravan Park, Tunstall, East Yorkshire. Only 50 of these Vermillion Giants, weighting in at over 2 tones, were made during 1932. Of these 11 survive with just three in use at Frodsham, Warrington and Whitley Bay. This one is a Grade II listed structure, so although out of use for both post and telephone, it remains in situ - well almost. Due to coastal erosion, the entire caravan park and the kiosk were moved inland by around 1 mile several years ago! |
