| 説明 | Since Once Upon a Deadpool is just an edit of Deadpool 2, I'm not going to be doing a full review of this film. I knew what I was going into when I went to see Once Upon a Deadpool: a PG-13 cut of Deadpool 2 with some scenes between Deadpool and Fred Savage. Now what I will say is those scenes between Deadpool and Savage were hilarious, but they didn't save the rest of the film that was horribly edited. I like the original cut of Deadpool 2 very much, but it's a story that wasn't meant to be told with a PG-13 rating. The CGI felt cheaper since they had to get rid of the blood, there were like TV levels of dubbing over swear words and dirty jokes. The editing was just so horrible, it really butchered the original story. I would honestly like to see the original cut of the film with the Fred Savage scenes, that would be great!Overall, I can't quite say this film is an example of why Deadpool would work in PG-13, but it's not a good example of why it would either. Honestly, if I ever revisit Deadpool 2, I don't ever see myself revisiting this cut. I'd give Once Upon a Deadpool a 5/10, but I still stand by my 8/10 rating for the original cut.
