| 説明 | Melbourne March for Our future was a snap climate action organised in a little over a week after Adani announced they were proceeding with the Carmichael coal mine in the Galilee Basin under self-financing. It is clear from the IPCC 1.5C report we need to rapidly phaseout coal and any new coal mine such as the one proposed by Adani is a disaster for our future climate. We are in a climate emergency with Queensland experiencing record temperatures in an extreme heatwave along with catastrophic fire weather. Time for Bill Shorten and the ALP to commit to stopping the mine.See my March for our future short videos. |
