| 説明 | This guy is so faded when you see him. He nearly passes out while holding his sign. People support his habit. Me and my co-worker have seen him often with another guy. We saw them at Burger King. The two went into the bathroom to shoot up so I told the manager. She went and unlocked the door to find one of the guys throwing up in the toilet while the other guy grabbed his stuff and ran out. At the 405 off ramp you will see a group of them smoking meth and shooting up in plain view for everyone to see. Things are getting out of control and the police are no where to be found. |
