| 説明 | During a Change-of-Authority ceremony April 14, 2010, Lt. Col. P. Anela Arcari, deputy commander of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Europe District, officially replaced Lt. Col. Steven Jordan as the Officer in Charge of the USACE Mazar-e-Sharif Area Office. The field office is one of six area offices in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Afghanistan Engineer District North with district headquarters located in the former Iraqi Embassy in Kabul.
