| 説明 | Not a thing of beauty, forgot about it while the loaf was proving and it started to deflate before I remembered to put it in the oven. Looks like a beast but its slightly less flat twin (already sliced in sandwiches or eaten with maramalade) tasted extremely good. Managed to retain a lot of water so it wasn't too dry.Flour: 50% wholemeal, 25% multi-grain, 25% white.Unflattering lighting provided by halogen spots in the kitchen. |
