Medium carbonation. smell beer : Typical farmhouse spiciness, funky. Malts: Pilsner, Munich, Pale Ale, Wheat. taste beer : Quite dry, spicy, refreshing sourness and yet another bitterness in the aftertaste. Hops used: Magnum and Saaz. Type : Belgian blond Alcool : 6 %Contents : 33 cl*Moenrye Tripel see beer : Slightly amber colour, white and persistent head. smell beer : Typical farmhouse aroma, peppery, same yeast and malts as in the Saison although fruitier. Rye malts used. taste beer : More alcoholic, soft due to rye malt. Fruity, round, malty. Hops: Magnum and Saaz. Type : Amber beer Alcool : 9 %Contents : 33 cl*Phisee beer : Amberish- copper colour. Unfiltered beer yet clear body. Caramel malts used. smell beer : Fruity, tropical fruits, peaches. Malts used: Pale Ale, Pilsener, Munich, Wheat, Cara 60 (Caramel pils). taste beer : Sour, sweet, complex fruity flavours. Sour aftertaste. Little amounts of hops used notably, East Kent Goldings. The brewers really want to drive a sour taste, instead of a hoppy one. Type : Amber beer Alcool : 8 %Contents : 33 cl*Mano Negrasee beer : Black stout with a persistent grey head. smell beer : Chocolate, coffee and liquorice. Malts used: Munich, Cara 60, Cara Aroma, debittered chocolate malts and black malts. Belgian abbey yeast is employed providing a characteristic aroma. taste beer : Pronounced coffee taste to confirm the initial aroma, silky mouthfeel. Alcoholic aftertaste. Hops used: Magnum (bitter hop) and Smaragd (aroma).
