| 説明 | Lt. Col. Bozo Skopljakovic Embassy of Bosnia and Herzegovina Defense Attache uses the Engagement Skills Trainer 2000 at Fretterd Military Reservation in Reisterstown, Md.,April 15. Brig. Gen. James A. Adkins, the adjutant general of Maryland hosted Skopljakovic and Mr. Zivko Marjanac, deputy minister of defense for policy and planning, Bosnia & Herzegovina Ministry of Defense as he visited Maryland. where he received a briefing on the Maryland Military Department and it capabilities. He also was given a tour of the State Emergency Operations Center and the Maryland Joint Operations Center and received briefings on both of the facilities. Mr. Marjanac visited Weide Army Airfield at the Edgewood area of Aberdeen Proving Ground where he toured the hanger facility and observed the maintenance operations. Deputy Minister Marjanac is responsible for policy and planning, international cooperation, military intelligence affairs and security as well as command, control and communications for his department.
