| 説明 | East End Bus Lines / Montauk Student Transport are going through Chapter 11 Bankruptcy proceedings AND a lawsuit involving the William Floyd school district. After a Valley Central Schools Board meeting owner John Mensch claims that the financial issues effect "long island only". In order to separate the VC/Wallkill operations from the Long Island Operations the VC school board voted unanimously to change all the contracts / legal documents from the "East End Bus Lines" name to "Orange County Transit". If you read through the first link, you'll see the Wallkill Valley Federal Savings and Loan is involved in the bankruptcy case. If you ask me, that suggests that VC/Wallkill are in fact involved.
