| 説明 | Arne and yours truly, flanking Matt Brophy, the Flying Dog brewmaster and our guide at the brewery.We were really impressed by how efficient and automated so much of the brewery was, even the kegs will soon be handled by an automated system. Still, the brewery has conserved its wild "gonzo spirit", and it felt more like visiting a big family, than a modern company. We really enjoyed visiting them and I'm just sorry we had to leave so soon.Thank you JT, Erin and Matt for making this visit possible for us! |
