| 説明 | my wife bought me some Theo Ghost Chili (Bhut Jolokia) Pepper chocolates from Theo Chocolates. The flakes you see on the top are actually red sea salt sprinkled on top. the pepper is infused in the caramel inside.I was worried they would be really really hot but actually was just medium on my heat scale. They must have used a tiny tiny amount in the process because that chili rates at up to 1,000,000 Scoville Units |
