Paul Becker, attached to International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) Joint Command, addresses assembled service members during a ceremony celebrating the 117th birthday of the US Navy Chief Petty Officers, on Camp Eggers. During the birthday celebration, a tribute was held to honor Aviation Ordnanceman 1st Class David Eberhart, shown at left, who was named an honorary Chief by then Master Chief Petty Officer Joe Campa, days before losing a battle with cancer.
