| 説明 | The lobby was originally the lower room of the one-up, one-down cottage at the end of the barn. The fireplace, however, dates from around 1720 and the wire fender is one of few to have survived from the period. The fireproof closet dates from 1828 and was for the storage of documents; Quakers being extremely careful in the keeping of records. |
