| 説明 | Next to Battery Emory in Fort Washington Park is what appears to be either a forgotten storage area or a dump. While often cited as the location of the old Truxton Circle fountain from Washington, DC, it is also the resting place for the ornate stone base of the McMillan Fountain. I think most of the stone pieces are those of the McMillan Fountain and the metal pieces belong to the Truxton Circle Fountain. You might be able to distinguish the different parts from these archival photos.
