説明 | Just how I like it: String height adjusted to a Quarter at the 11/12th fret on the bass side, and a Dime on the treble side. That's .068 and .053 inches, respectively. Gibson recommends .078" and .046" (5/64" and 3/64") at the twelfth fret. I prefer the bass strings maybe a touch lower and just enough height under the treble strings to dig into when bending. My fingertips need to be able to push the adjacent strings away instead of trying to slip over them.It's the thinnest neck on any Les Paul I've ever played. It's .7" right behind the first fret, and .9" right behind the 12th. This has completely spoiled me to slim necks; a '50s style neck feels less playable. |
