| 説明 | approx 2PM Saturday, March24th on Abbott Street off Pender - possible fatality--NOTE: I arrived as the first VPD officers did, quickly followed by more officers who whisked witnesses away for questioning and watched the victim while awaiting paramedics - i suspect they believed the injured to be beyond help to them (plus the victim seemed to be turning blue in the 3-5 minutes i observed).I left as ambulances arrived and police started to clear the scene. There were some very upset people and a wee bit of crowd chaos in the area as local neighborhood dwellers were shouting at police and each other and other passers-by wondered what happened. At least one newsvideocameraguy was onsite - did not see an ID flag. But yes, i can assure you that this photo was not staged or manipulated in any way. |
