| 説明 | Chief Warrant Officer Five Tywanda (Tee) Morton culminated her military career by serving as the 6th Command Chief Warrant Officer of Maryland. The CCWO is the Senior Warrant Officer Advisor for the state, responsible to the Adjutant General for the analysis and enforcement of standards affecting the Maryland Warrant Officer Cohort. Morton was the first African American and the first female to serve as CCWO and promoted to the rank of CW5 in the Maryland Army National Guard. Her legacy as CCWO is the establishment of the Warrant Officer Hall of Fame. |
