| 説明 | Last week, Pete thought the building in my photograph (www.flickr.com/photos/elwillo/4295064176/) was the town hall. It is in fact the auditorium. So I promised to post a picture of the town hall which is located in the Plaza Constitución in BigastroYou may be able to make out on the plaque outside that it was opened on the 17th of February 2004.In Spanish, a town hall is called the Casa Consitorial but is more often referred to as the Ayuntamiento which translates to town council. So to be strictly correct the Ayuntamiento work and meet at the Casa Consitorial. The three flags outside are the Spanish flag, the European Union flag and (I think) the provincial flag for Alicante. La semana pasada, Pete pensó que el edificio en mi fotografía era el ayuntamiento pero es el Auditorio Municipal.Éste es la Casa Consistorial en la Plaza Constitución de Bigastro. El exterior de tres banderas es la bandera española, la bandera de unión europea y (pienso) la bandera provincial para Alicante. |
