| 説明 | 1990's bingo board plate with a lone 1995 British Columbia prorate sticker. British Columbia trucks operating in the USA were srtickered on this American base. Larger stickers with the letters CAVR were issued to BC trucks running in Canada. By 1995 bingo board prorate plates were on the wane. This plate was flat screened on thin guage metal. Gone were the embossed and/or reflectorized bingo board bases of earlier years. |
