| 説明 | The recipe was waaaay over on how much pyhllo to use: it claimed half a pound, which was about 12-14 sheets. This insulated the cheese too much, so it didn't melt like it should have, and was instead just kind of soft. If I do this again, I'll only wrap the cheese in about 5-8 sheets. |
