| 説明 | The Elizabeth Shaw chocolate factory in Greenbank Bristol U.K.The chocolate factory was founded in 1881 by a Mr Packer and then opened in 1884, with only 3 staff members running the place. It was only ran by him for two years before in 1886 Mr Bruce Cole took over the business. During the years of 1939-1945 (during world war II) part of the factory was taken over by the Amercain army but what they were using it for is a mystery to me. The Elizabeth Shaw brand name and recipe was founded in Bristol in 1968 but the factory name wasn't changed untill 1988. And bringing it all up to date in 2006 the factory closed due to the equiment being outdated.
