| 説明 | Last updated on Aug. 11, 2018NASA's Mars rover Curiosity acquired this image using its Mars Hand Lens Imager (MAHLI), on August 7, 2018, Sol 2134.Green arrows point to spherical Martian ooids (note 1). The ooids are smaller than 1 mm in diameter, as the scale bar is 1.7 mm. The ooids are embedded in a rock on Vera Rubin Ridge, Gale Crater, Mars. That rock is called Stoer, which was drilled into by the rover yesterday.
