| 説明 | Candy Cane production at Disneyland has been a tradition for over 35 years.It takes about two hours to produce one batch of Candy Canes and each batch produces about 40-45 Candy Canes. They do 3 batches a day...so, only 120-135 Candy Canes are produced a day.A team of 3 Candy Makers are needed to produce each batch of Candy Canes in a heat sealed kitchen (90-100 degrees). One Candy Maker rolls the batch, one pulls the canes using a technique which involves pulling the 15 pound block of candy over a hook hung on the wall, and one shapes the canes.Candy Canes are only made 4-5 scheduled days during the year and only the holidays.It is truly an amazing sight to see! |
