| 説明 | 1939 Opel Kapitän '39 Limousine 4-TurerOpel's last model before WWII was this one, the first Kapitän (Captain) launched in early 1939 as a successor to the Opel Super 6. Just over 25.000 were made before production was cancelled in autumn 1940 due to the war.In 1948 it was re-launched (as Kapitän '48) with very minor changes, including strengthened bumper overriders and round headlights (unlike the weird shape on the pre-war model)This is an original 1939 model, first registered in may 1939, not long after production start.*year stated above is first year of registration, not necessarily model year.The annual CRAA (Classic Race Aarhus) vintage motoring event attracts an ever increasing participation from both drivers and spectators.The classic car parks of the event (there are 2, one outside by the main entrance and one in "Mindeparken") are always a good place to spot interesting vintage vehicles from practically any era of motoring. Many visitors spend a lot of time here, enjoying the sights. |
