Lo hacemos con la idea de innovar. Antes lo secábamos en camas africanas, luego probamos secarlo en gavetas y ahora estamos usando un micro túnel. Utilizamos un medidor de temperatura para controlar su secado”, expresa Gilberto. Cosecha Azul trabaja con pequeños caficultores para promocionar buenas prácticas agrícolas que ayudan a conservar los suelos y el agua productiva en ellos para lograr mayores rendimientos y proteger el medioambiente. ----Detail of honey processed coffee owned by producer Gilberto Benítez, seen on his property at Cerro Gigante, Pueblo Viejo, Morazán, on his new solar dryer. Before we dried it in African beds, then we tried to dry it in drawers (colombian model) and now we are using a micro tunnel. We use a temperature meter to control its drying process, "says Gilberto. Blue Harvest works with small farmers to promote good agricultural practices that help conserve the soil and the productive water in them to achieve higher yields and protect the environment. |
