| 説明 | itsu have reduced the size of their soy sauce bottles as research indicated a lot of it was being thrown away. but an assistant told me that many, many people now ask for a second bottle. do they actually want it all or is it the perception that they are now being short changed? either way they are now using more plastic, not less. |
