| 説明 | The ceremony will start at 9:00 a.m. at Ambhorn Gardens, where privy councilors, members of the Cabinet, parliamentarians, government officials, members of the diplomatic corps, and the general public will give alms to 60 monks. At 9:30, the Permanent Secretary of the Prime Minister’s Office presents a report on the objectives of the state ceremony, followed by the speech of the Prime Minister marking the opening ceremony. At the same time, Buddhist monks at the ceremonial site and in all temples nationwide, as well as Thai temples overseas, chant blessings. People of other faiths also perform their religious blessing ceremonies for His Majesty. The bands of the Royal Thai Armed Forces and the Royal Thai Police play music, followed by a display of 60 fireworks. Flowers and popped rice will be scattered from the sky by aircraft, as the planes trail colored smoke through the air. |
