| 説明 | The sole Antonov An-225 Mrir ("Dream") CCCP-82060 flew just three times over the eight days of the show. This was the first occasion - on the first day, Sunday, "Press Day". It was a breathtaking performance for the world's largest aircraft, which was surprisingly agile, even performing a "touch and go".The whole tail assembly wobbled about visibly during take off and landing, and the thrust from its six engines is equivalent to 18 Tornadoes on reheat!Photo: Dick Gilbert, Farnborough Air Show 2 Sept 1990. |
