| 説明 | Its been a while since I snapped the first of the batch, National Express West Midlands ADL Enviro 400 MMC No 6701. It has since moved to Acocks Green garage from Birmingham Central, so is no longer seen on the X1 Coventry to Birmingham route.192 Platinum-branded examples have been delivered to-date taking fleet numbers to 6892. If many more arrive they are in danger of reaching 7000. 7001-33 etc are already occupied - so I don't know what happens after that!? Numbering these from 6101 [or even 5001] might have been more sensible. Articulated buses used 60xx (only 6001-32 as it turned out) so that range is unavailable, NXWM don't 're-use' numbers apparently. |
