| 説明 | The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Honolulu District recently finished the first of three contracts of the U.S. Army Pacific’s Mission Command Facility (MCF) at Fort Shafter with the successful completion of a central utilities plant, switch building, communications hub, and arrival building. Supporting facilities include site development, utilities and connections, lighting, paving, parking, walks, curbs and gutters, storm drainage, landscaping and signage. Heating and air conditioning will be provided through connection to the complex central utility plant. Contract two will also provide access for individuals with disabilities. The Corps is currently installing multiple drilled caissons which will provide the foundation for contract two. The MCF will consolidate USARPAC Headquarters into one facility which will support Mission Command of Army across the Asia-Pacific Area of Operations.
