| 説明 | Tour group visiting elephant seal rookery at Año Nuevo State Reserve. I can't believe we got so close. You can get closer at Point Piedras Blancas but you're at the top of a small bluff. Here, there was nothing separating us from rampaging bulls. Ok, the bulls we were near seemed pretty comatose, but still. One of them raised his head to scratch his nose. He must have seen us but we didn't seem to faze him. I guess it would have been a different story if we had gone anywhere near a pup. |
