| 説明 | Amritsar abounds in places like this selling assorted fried breads.These include samosas (fried fritters with vegetable filling), poories (fried tortillas) and scores of other forms of savouries and snacks.Of course, paranoia keeps us from trying any of these fried goodies,but if you dare, you could be spoiled for choice. I was amazed at the sheer variety of fried goodies on offer and the sheer volume of the turnover. The number of customers was however relatively few. I mean,you could think you can't go wrong with a place like this,where the food is freshly prepared and fried up right in front of your eyes, but then considering the relative lack of patronage, you have to wonder as to when the stuff being handed to you had been fried and for how long it has been sitting around in the open.
