| 説明 | A bottle of Wild Dog from Flying Dog Brewery in Frederick, Maryland.Wild Dog is a barrel-aged version of their very popular Gonzo Imperial Porter, named in memory of the wild and complex Hunter S. Thompson (the father of Gonzo journalism).At 9,5% abv and with 85 IBUs the Wild Dog pours black with a fine brown head. Aroma was very strong, with notes of vanilla, black chocolate and rich malty sweetness. The mouthfeel was rich and creamy, flavor started out sweet but with bitter roastiness kicking in to balance it. A long, long aftertaste of sweet malts and roasty coffee notes. I really enjoyed it, probably even more than I usually enjoy the regular Gonzo. A very good imperial porter! |
