説明 | The spikelets of Stipa bloomeri are like those of Stipa hymenoides except that they are arranged on a fairly contracted panicle with no dichotomous branching, which is common to most Stipa species. Also, the awn is usually persistent, conspicuously hairy (like that of Stipa occidentalis), and measures 7-18 mm long, in contrast to the deciduous awn of Stipa hymenoides that measures 3-5.5 mm long. |
