| 説明 | To whom it may concern:I just had a terrible customer service experience at the R:FM2 branded shop in Langham Place, Mong Kok, Hong Kong.First of all, I've been a loyal follower of the brand for about one year, and have in this time made several purchases of either short-sleeve, button-down shirts or t-shirts, accumulating about twelve garments in total. I made purchases at the store, despite noticeable flaws in the button-down shirts, including missing buttons and button holes, as well as buttons that have fallen off because of shoddy stitching, for, I believed, the beautiful design of the shirts was worth my suffering through a few design defects. At first, these quality issues were only a mild irritant. This latest incident, however, involving the outrageous shrinking of the t-shirts, in tandem with the apathetic reception of my plight by the R:FM2 shop employee has verily sent me into a fury. It began several months ago when I bought three medium-size t-shirts which promptly shrunk after their first wash, rendering them a bit too small for my physique. Consequently, when it came to purchasing t-shirts from the company again, on August 11, 2009 at 23:02, I thought I had made the wise decision to purchase the large size in anticipation of the t-shirts shrinking into mediums - my size. One wash later, unfortunately, these new t-shirts remained the same size, so now I had t-shirts that were either too small or too large for my body.On August 18th, 2009, at around 21:30, I marched back into the store, receipt in hand, to ask for an exchange. Since I had washed the clothes, the employee refused my request. She then, finally, explained how last year's t-shirts shrunk greatly after washing, while the new t-shirts would not. I was not happy at all, not because of the truth, but because nowhere in the store was this information displayed for customers, (the t-shirts, in addition, were not labeled "pre-shrunk") and furthermore, never have the employees informed me, I believe, of this fact in my several visits to the store. In spite of my telling her this, she still refused to allow an exchange; and to add insult to injury, she would not give me any contact information so that I could contact higher management. Finally, when I was so furious as to attempt to leave all six of my t-shirts in your store, she told me throw them out myself, outside of the store.I do not think, as a result, I shall ever return to the shop and will recommend both my friends and acquaintances to avoid the products for I have now discovered that both their quality and customer service are egregiously deficient. I only wish to redress these grievances, and if I am unable to exchange these six t-shirts for ones that actually fit, I believe the oncoming negative publicity for the brand shall definitely be warranted. |
