| 説明 | According to the operator of one of the other shuttles:- One of the old diesel coaches broke down that day, so a CNG bus was called up to replace it- The CNG buses don't normally run on the connector because the closest place for Pierce Transit to refill the tanks is at Pierce's base in Pierce County.- The Gillig you often see is for fill in coverage and as a backup in case one of the others breaks down. For fill it's only used during peak times when Link's headways are tighter- Despite being incredibly old, the Orions are in great mechanical condition. According to him, they would make a great conversion project into a RV. |
