| 説明 | The DOE-WAPA crews continue to restore the 34.5-kv transmission line that will make it possible to re-energize the submarine 34.5-kv line that transmits power to St. John, Oct. 19. Currently, St. John’s is still 100-percent without power. The crews are systematically progressing toward East End Substation, putting up replacement structures and clipping in conductor as they go.
